chocolate/almond macarons

hi guys and welcome back for a new post .today’s post will be a macarons recipe which is so easy and so delicious at the same time . So you can enjoy your time eating yummy macaros anytime and anywhere .

For the chocolate macarons recipe we need :

80g egg white
120g sugar
90g icing sugar
80g sieved almond
30g cocoa

1- Finely mix the almond powder, cocoa and icing sugar, then sieve the mixture.
2-Assemble the whites in snow with 1/3 of sugar then add the rest of the sugar and continue to beat at maximum speed. The result should be very white, smooth and shiny.
3-Incorporate gradually the preparation of almonds to the egg whites assembled in snow.
Mix gently with a soft spatula.
4-Garnish a socket pocket with the preparation.
5-Place the silicone plate on a baking sheet and place the macaroons by pressing the pocket regularly. The tip of the socket should touch the plate slightly inclined.
6-leave to rest 30 min minimum
7-Preheat oven to 160oC in rotating heat mode and bake.
8-cook 13 to 15 minutes
When leaving the oven, allow the plates to cool down for a few minutes, then remove the shells.

50g milk chocolate
50g fresh cream
15g butter
almonds
1- boil the fresh cream then add the melted chocolate
2- fire off add butter
3- Add the almonds (optional)

For the almond recipe ;

1 cac water
3 egg yolks
Almond powder
1- put the sugar and water on the fire
2- add the well-beaten egg mixture and mix
3- Add food coloring Β (optional) and almond and pist to obtain a dough
